Scullery hand — Fairfax County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Fairfax County, Virginia. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
