Window glazier — Floyd County

Join our team: we are hiring a window glazier in Floyd County, Georgia. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Your main tasks: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
