Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Geary County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
