Overlocker operator — Tate County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Tate County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
