You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Full-time with occasional weekends.
