LGV Class 1 driver — Crosby County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Crosby County, Texas. You will work at a container freight yard. On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
