Panel painter wanted in Bertie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel painter in Bertie County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy body shop. On the job you will handle: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
