Coating plant operator wanted in Linn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Linn County, Missouri. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
