Confectioner — Garvin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Garvin County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
