Waterproofing applicator — Prince George County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Prince George County, Virginia. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
