Slinger signaller — Willacy County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Willacy County, Texas. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Your main tasks: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
