QC technician — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Cass County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
