Commis chef — Coles County

Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service.
