In-process quality controller — Chester County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Chester County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
