Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage.
