Bakery assistant — Mai'Adua

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Mai'Adua, Katsina State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
