Machine setter-operator • Sefton, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Sefton, England. The job is in a CNC machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
