Immediate opening: cook (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Uvalde County, Texas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
