In-process quality controller — Pembina County

Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Pembina County, North Dakota. You will work at a food processing unit. The role involves: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
