On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
