Cake decorator wanted in Clinton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Clinton County, Ohio. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
