Bakery assistant • Antrim County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Antrim County, Michigan. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time, day shift.
