Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Clinton County, Indiana. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
