Panel wireman — Hampshire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel wireman in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based in an industrial control panel workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
