Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
