Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
