Immediate opening: PVC window fabricator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Fairfield County, Ohio. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
