Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Comal County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
