Excavator operator — Bradley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Bradley County, Arkansas. You will be based at a landfill site. Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
