Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Klickitat County, Washington. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits On the job you will handle: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
