Bulldozer operator — Aurora County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Aurora County, South Dakota. You will be based on a road construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Rotating shifts.
