Prep cook wanted in Del Norte County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Del Norte County, California. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
