Oven operator wanted in Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Scott County, Indiana. The job is in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
