Cook — Adair County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Adair County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
