Join our team: we are hiring a car refinisher in Orange County, Virginia. You will work in a spray booth. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Day to day you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
