Kitchenhand — Kachia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kachia, Kaduna State. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
