Bread baker — Hinsdale County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Hinsdale County, Colorado. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
