Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean 3+ years on the tools preferred.
