Lathe programmer-operator • Thomas County, Kansas

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Thomas County, Kansas. Day to day you will load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
