We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Madera County, California. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
