Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. Your main tasks: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
