Great opportunity: brick mason (Utah)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Salt Lake County, Utah. You will work at a renovation and extension job. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage You will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
