We are recruiting: shakeout operator (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Henry County, Tennessee. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. On a typical shift you will check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
