Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Lake County, Oregon. The job is on a lift modernisation project. The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
