Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Pendleton County, West Virginia. Day to day you will restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching Full-time with occasional weekends.
