Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
