Lathe programmer-operator • Florence County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Florence County, Wisconsin. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On the job you will handle: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
