Immediate opening: rebar worker (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar worker in Fagge, Kano State. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
