Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging worker in Chittenden County, Vermont. The job is at an FMCG production plant. Day-to-day duties: • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Weigh and portion products before bagging You should have: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets 5+ years on the tools preferred.
