We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Clay County, Texas. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
